The sleigh ride travels through the fields and forest of our 153 acre farm in the quiet Adirondack Foothills town of Greenfield Center NY, just 7 miles from downtown Saratoga Springs and less than 20 minutes from four Northway Exits, 13N, 15, 16 or 17S and 30 minutes from Lake George. Winter Carriage Ride Sleigh Ride Policy: In order to do a sleigh ride we need frozen ground, a sizable snowfall and sub-freezing temperatures.

In the event conditions are not suitable for sleighing on the day of your reserved sleigh ride Loon Meadow Farm will substitute a carriage ride of the same length. If conditions are not suitable for either a sleigh or carriage ride we would cancel or postpone the ride at no additional charge to you.

Booking Information: A deposit is required to hold a reservation, the balance is due upon your arrival on the day of the service.

Sleigh & Stay! Stay in one of our comfortable guest rooms, enjoy a private ride in an authentic, vintage sleigh!
